For calendar based schedules, users may establish an unlimited number of unique calibration cycles/schedules. Each schedule can have its own unique name and interval. Based on that schedule and the last date of calibration, ProCalV5 can automatically calculate the next due date. Other options may be established for scheduling such as keeping on an end of month, rolling dates forward if events took place in a certain number of days of the scheduled date or within the calendar month of that event date.

For usage count scheduling, ProCalV5 users may establish different “count types” to determine if the count will be updated by a meter or incremental method. ProCalV5 will then capture the users that enter count updates as well as keep complete count histories and the associated count based scheduled information including a target percent.

Users are also provided with an easy update count screen where they can increase a count by the increment it was used as well as include comments. ProCalV5 also provides the ability for users to determine who has access to counts, who can increase counts or who can decrease a count.
